Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, a confirmation email is sent automatically.

  • Your order number is clearly stated in the confirmation email.

  • If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or promotions folder.


Shipping & Tracking

Domestic Orders (United States)

  • All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Tracking information is added once your order is handed over to USPS.

  • You will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

International Orders

  • All international orders are shipped from our atelier in Turkey via DHL Express.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

  • DHL tracking details are shared via email once your order ships.

Free Shipping & Signature Policy

  • U.S. domestic orders: Free shipping on all orders

  • Signature requirement:

    • Orders below $350 USD ship without signature

    • Orders over $350 USD require signature confirmation

    • If you prefer signature-free delivery for orders over $350 USD, please notify us before shipment

VeraByEden is not responsible for lost packages once delivery has been completed according to the selected signature preference.


Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Enamel letter jewelry

  • Personalized / custom-made items

  • Piercings

Eligible Returns

All other items may be returned under the following conditions:

If the issue is caused by us

Examples:

  • Wrong gold color sent (yellow instead of white)

  • Incorrect chain length sent

In such cases:

  • A full refund will be issued

  • No restocking fee will apply

Discretionary / Change-of-mind Returns

If the return is not due to an error on our part:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • If the original order qualified for free shipping, a $25 USD shipping fee will be deducted from the refund

Example:
If an order over $400 USD was shipped for free and later returned, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.


Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders must be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, orders are considered in production and return policies apply.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us immediately via email

  • Include clear photos and your order number

We will evaluate the issue and, if necessary, repair, replace, or remake your item at no additional cost.

Customs & Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

  • Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to:

    • 40% restocking fee

    • All related shipping and handling costs
