The item I rec'd was ok but very small for the price of $225.25. I also picked the 20" chain with the pendant which brought my price to $331.50 not including tax ($225.25 - pendant & $106.25 for 20" chain). I found that I already had a chain so I asked the seller if I could return the chain for a refund ($106.25). The seller responded by saying that they normally don't do returns on these kind of orders but for customer satisfaction they would take the chain back but would only refund me $40. So they had no problem charging me an additional $106.25 for the chain but then in order to return it, they would only give me $40 back for the same chain they sold me. I have never done business with any jewelry store that cuts your refund that much. Not sure where he comes up with a $40 refund. I will not do business here again.
