Return & Refund Policy

1. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Custom/personalized pieces (e.g., name necklaces, engraved items)

  • Enameled jewelry

  • Piercings (for hygiene reasons)

These are made-to-order or intimate items and therefore are final sale.

2. Returnable Items

Non-personalized, ready-to-ship jewelry may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • All tags, boxes, and certificates are intact

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

4. Full Refunds (Our Responsibility)

We will offer a full refund (including return shipping) if the issue was our fault:

  • Incorrect item, size, chain length, or gold color

  • Defective or damaged item

  • Excessive production or shipping delay

No restocking fee applies in these cases.

5. Return Process

  1. Email us at info@verabyeden.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).

  2. After confirmation, return the item within 7 days and share the tracking number.

  3. Upon inspection, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

6. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours with no penalty.

  • After 24 hours, a 40% cancellation fee will be applied to account for materials and labor already used.

7. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds take 3–5 business days to appear on your original payment method after approval.

  • Exchanges are processed in 3 business days if in stock; otherwise, production may take 7–14 days.
