Processing Time

All VeraByEden pieces are carefully prepared in our atelier to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship.

Made-to-order items: 6–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
In-stock items: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Expedited shipping requests do not affect the processing time.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (UNITED STATES)

We offer free shipping on all U.S. domestic orders, with no minimum purchase required.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail

Signature Requirement

Orders below $350 USD : Shipped without signature confirmation
Orders over $350 USD : Signature confirmation is required

If you prefer signature-free delivery for orders over $350 USD, please notify us by leaving a note with your order or contacting us prior to shipment.

VeraByEden does not accept liability for lost package claims once a shipment has been delivered according to the customer’s selected signature preference.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is not offered as a standard option.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped directly from our atelier in Turkey.

Europe

Orders over $350 USD : Free DHL Express Shipping
Orders below $350 USD : $20 USD shipping fee

All Other Countries

Flat $20 USD shipping fee, regardless of order total

If your delivery address is not eligible for our discounted shipping rates, additional charges may apply.

In such cases, we will notify you via email and proceed only after receiving your confirmation.

Packaging

Every VeraByEden order is thoughtfully prepared with elegant, eco-conscious packaging.

Your jewelry is placed in a stylish, recyclable, nature-friendly cardboard box and securely wrapped with a VeraByEden signature ribbon for both protection and presentation.

Each order also includes:

A complimentary VeraByEden scarf
A digital certificate card with a QR code for authenticity and product verification

All items are then carefully packaged inside a recycled kraft shipping box and delivered safely to your address.

If your order includes multiple items, all pieces will be shipped together in a single package.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply in the destination country.

VeraByEden is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Packages that are refused or cannot be delivered for any reason will be subject to a 40% restocking fee, in addition to all related shipping and handling costs.
