This Free Limited Warranty is designed to cover manufacturing defects while maintaining clear boundaries for wear, care, and use.


Warranty Period

VeraByEden offers a 3-Year Free Manufacturing Warranty, effective from the original date of purchase.

The warranty period is determined based on the certificate provided with your order, which serves as official proof of purchase and warranty eligibility.


What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects, including:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Stone setting or prong issues caused by production errors

  • Structural or metal integrity issues

  • Clasp or chain failures resulting from manufacturing faults

All issues are evaluated under normal wear conditions.


Stone Loss Policy

Stone loss is covered only if it is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect.

The following scenarios are not covered:

  • If the prong or setting remains intact but the stone is missing

  • Damage caused by physical impact, force, or accidental trauma

  • Repairs or alterations performed by third-party jewelers

Such cases indicate external interference and fall outside warranty coverage.


Enamel (Mine) Jewelry Disclaimer

Enamel jewelry requires special care.

  • Enamel-related issues are covered for up to one (1) year, provided the damage is not caused by misuse.

  • Enamel may crack or chip if subjected to hard impact, pressure, or improper use.

Customers are responsible for handling enamel pieces with care, as enamel is inherently delicate.


What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, surface changes, oxidation)

  • Damage caused by improper use or lack of care

  • Impact, drops, or physical force

  • Exposure to chemicals, water, perfume, or cleaning agents

  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

  • Lost or stolen items


Custom & Personalized Items

Custom-made and personalized items are not eligible for refunds or returns.

However, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed:

  • The item will be repaired or remade at no additional cost

  • Refunds are not offered under warranty coverage


Warranty Resolution

If a claim is approved, VeraByEden will, at its discretion:

  • Provide a repair service, or

  • Offer a replacement or remake of the item

Refunds are not provided under this warranty.


Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item to VeraByEden for evaluation

  • VeraByEden will cover the cost of return shipping after repair or replacement, when the claim is approved


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • The original VeraByEden certificate included with the purchase

  • The order number

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue

Claims submitted without the original certificate cannot be processed.


Warranty Is Not a Return Policy

Warranty coverage does not include refunds or returns due to change of mind.

Final Decision Authority

All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by VeraByEden.

VeraByEden reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect and to decide the appropriate resolution.
