When the necklace finally arrived the chain has a not in it and can’t be worn. It will have to be taken to a jeweler so it’s not broken.

I love the design of the cross other than the size. It is much smaller than I pictured in my head. I would have liked it a bit larger. It is a gift for my daughter and she luckily likes smaller cross versions. Everything is 100% fine with this product other than the size and cost that would have been more in par with a bit larger cross.

The product was purchased on January 23, 2025 with an estimated delivery time of January 28 - February 1. By January 30, the goods were in the post office of the city of delivery. On February 3, I turned to the seller with a demand for a postal search for the goods. But, the seller did not pay attention to the request and the search was later, as a result, the goods were received only on February 11. Our holiday was ruined, so I want to put zero for delivery. However, the product is so beautiful that I can't spoil its sale from this seller. Therefore, I give 4 stars,

I ordered a custom made necklace for my nephew’s baptism - 12 in. chain adjustable at 10 in. and they delivered just what I asked for. The necklace is even more beautiful in real life… and unfortunately the pictures don’t do it justice. Now I want one for myself. Communication was extremely easy.. and I had placed the order at like 1 AM CST.. got a response back right away about the customization.
